ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ اﻻﺳﺘﺨﺪام: يفضل وﺿﻌﻪ ﻟﻴﻼً ﻋﲆ اﻟﻮﺟﻪ واﻟﺮﻗﺒﺔ اﻟﻨﻈﻴفين وﺧﻂ اﻟﻌﻨﻖ و اﻟﺘﺪﻟﻴﻚ ﺑﻠﻄﻒ.
