The exchange service is only available for online purchase orders and not for cash on delivery.
The replacement request shall be submitted within a period not exceeding 24 hours from receiving the parcel.
Please make sure to keep the invoice for the received product attached to the parcel.
The exchange fee is 10 shekels for the areas of the West Bank, 20 shekels for areas inside Jerusalem, and 35 shekels for the 48 areas, which is a nominal fee to cover part of the delivery cost for the second time.
The return service is available only in the event of a product damage or manufacturing defect and is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy
The exchange request is not accepted if the customer destroys the product carton or its cover, and also if the product is used, and the product must be complete and unrefined.
